The Isthmian League South Central Division outfit have taken part in the FA Cup more times than any other in the competition's history, entering in 1871 and not entering a season since.
Marlow's most recent success in the FA Cup came in 1993, when they qualified for the third round proper and were knocked out by eventual semi-finalists Tottenham Hotspur.
Thame United, meanwhile, ply their trade in the Southern League Division One. The Oxfordshire side have twice reached the fourth qualifying round.
