Major plans submitted by Lidl to open up a new supermarket in Marlow were approved earlier this week.
The new store will be located on Chapel Street at the old site of Waitrose which closed its doors in October 2019.

The plans include an extension onto Liston Road to increase the size of the shop floor.
Lidl also proposed to make improvements to the existing pedestrian crossing point on Liston Road by installing a raised table pedestrian crossing, subject to agreement with the local Highway Authority.

Opening hours are permitted to be from 7am to 11pm on any day.
The council documents continue: “no deliveries shall take place at the premise between the hours of 11pm and 7am Monday to Saturday and no deliveries shall take at the premise between the hours of 11pm and 8am on Sundays and Bank or Statutory Holidays.”
