His move to Sutton comes after Gape spent some time at Queens Park Rangers before the start of the season to maintain his fitness.
He also joined Stockport County on their pre-season tour of Spain but no deal materialised.
What a signing this is for Sutton.

Yes, we know about his injury record, but a fit Dominic Gape was always one of the first names on Wycombe's teamsheet.
Good luck to him.#Chairboys https://t.co/5WeRzFRXdW

His move to the Amber Army comes with the club rotted at the bottom of the League Two table with just seven points from their 13 games this season.
They have recorded just two wins in that time but won those games with an aggregate score of 9-1.
In all, Gape played 206 times for Wycombe and scored four goals.
One of those strikes secured Wanderers' promotion to League One in April 2018, following a 2-1 win at Chesterfield.Β
