Wycombe Wanderers manager Matt Bloomfield has revealed there is ‘no specific time frame’ on when the club’s injured players will return.
The Chairboys are expected to be without captain Joe Jacobson, Jack Grimmer and Jason McCarthy for the foreseeable future, but the boss is confident that squad depth will help Wanderers move forward.
This weekend’s trip to Charlton is one of four away games to be played across a 17-day period which will see the Adams Park side travel to Portsmouth, Fleetwood Town and Stevenage respectively.

The only home game to be played in that time is against Carlisle United on September 30.
Bloomfield said: “We need to be mindful that we’ve got a strong squad as Dale Taylor is back from injury which is great, and he was a big part of what we want to do.
“He’s back now which is great, Killian is back after he couldn’t play on Tuesday, so we’ve got a good competitive squad.

“There is no specific time frame in terms of committing to a date for when they’ll be back but they’ll both be back for a little bit of time.
“We’ve had a few players not play in terms of knocks and what have you, but we’re in a good place.”
