Division One

The reigning Division Two Champions had no answer to the onslaught, as Mikey Martins hit 4 in the rout for Pumas.

Perhaps, the most surprising result over the weekend saw Division One title favourites, and star-studded new boys, Great Brittan United succumb to a heavy defeat in their first-ever competitive fixture as Hazlemere Sports ran riot at Oak Tree Road, the home of Marlow FC, recording an eyebrow-raising 1-4 away win, to start their season in style.

Maidenhead Rangers picked up all 3 points in their fixture with All Trades, winning by the same scoreline.

Newly formed Beaconsfield Town Youth tasted defeat in their opening fixture, going down 1-3 at home to Wycombe Athletic.

Division Two

FC Riverside recorded the Division’s best win on Sunday as they hit Lane End Reserves for six at Lane End Playing Fields, running out 6-2 winners.

Tayfun Sen hit an impressive four goals in the game, alongside strikes from Shaun Wigley and Tom Grzywnowicz.

Jamie Gilbert & Ashley Hanson recorded consolation efforts for the home side.

The Mayflower moved up to second in the table, recording an impressive win against highly fancied Denham United Reserves. Tom Fifield, Jonathan Miller and Alex Simmons scored in a 3-1 win.

Bucks Buffalos shaded Italia Unita 2-1 and Hazlemere Sports Wanderers recorded the same winning scoreline away to new boys Wycombe Sports, thanks to goals from Stephen Eddowes and Joshua Warden.

HCA Dons saw Jordan Brown & Matt Dawson dismissed but still recorded a point against White Hart FC with an entertaining 3-3 draw for the neutral.

Nat Green notched twice for the Dons.

FC Beaconsfield Sunday Res and Stokenchurch left their fixture with a point each after a 1-1 draw.

Division Three

Stephen Boardman’s Loudwater United Reserves shoot to the top of the table after an emphatic 9-3 win against Lane End Thirds.

Lee Hazeltine scored an impressive four goals, alongside braces from Des Springer and Stephen Piekielniak.

Matt Tew got in on the act also, hitting his first of the season.

FC Beaconsfield Sunday Development moved up to second after recording an impressive 5-1 win away to Real Saracens who return to the Combination after a season away. 

Bourne End United took all 3 points at home to Wanderers FC 3-0, thanks in part to Joe Cannon who scored twice.

FC Lions II started their season with three points, as Andy Hockley’s side beat an impressive Seer Green 4-2.

Chief goal scorer Matt Hatt notched a hat-trick, alongside a Ross Shearer strike. 

United FC ensured Combination new boys Harefield Legion left with nothing for their efforts, as they won 1-3 away at Harefield Academy, Harry Chapman notching a consolation effort.

Hambleden and Mill Lane played out a 3-3 draw, to both earn a solitary point. Nicholas Ellis, Tom Ellis and Ben Holden scored for the Yellow and Blacks.
