It’s been 10 months since we’ve last seen him, but Spider-Man is back in High Wycombe.
Ahead of the England Women’s World Cup final appearance against Spain Women this Sunday [August 20], Wycombe resident Stephen Mark Roberts decided to give the town a bit of a makeover.
Dressed up as the superhero, he recorded himself pain several of the town’s mini-roundabouts with a St George’s cross ahead of Sunday’s showpiece in Sydney, Australia.

In a brief Facebook post that he shared in the early hours of August 18, he said: “Spider-Man has been up to attics again and by the looks of things in support of the women’s England football team.
“Get sharing and let’s get behind our girls you can do it!”
It’s not the first time that he has been out re-painting the mini-roundabouts of the town, with Stephen being seen during the winter months of 2022 during the men’s World Cup in Qatar.
