Matt Bloomfield has revealed why he only decided to make the one substitution in Wycombe’s 2-0 away win at Bristol Rovers.
In an open encounter that saw over 30 shots on goal collectively, the 39-year-old opted to replace Tjay De Barr on 60 minutes for Jordan Willis after the latter picked up a yellow card at the end of the first-half.

“We are already light with some bodies in Sam, Nick, Jordan, Curtis, Ryan, Dom, and David so the character the boys showed this evening [March 14] was very pleasing.
“It comes as no surprise from the time that I have known them so I know the togetherness we all have.”
Finally, on the performance of Chem Campbell who scored against Bristol Roevsr on march 14, Bloomfield said: "
We’re pleased for Chem to get his goal as we want to help improve his game.
"He is a young boy that has come to gain experience from Wolves and I think he is sick of me constantly screaming his name all evening!
"But he is a great kid and we want what’s best for him."
