A huge loss for the #Chairboys https://t.co/8qrSPo5HGV
This includes bagging nine strikes in 30 matches this season.
The 22-year-old had been linked with a move away from the club this month due to his positive displays, and whilst teams such as Nottingham Forest and Queens Park Rangers were reportedly interested, no public offers were revealed.

Good luck, Mehmessi. It's your time.
However, in the days prior to the end of the transfer window, rumours began to circulate that Mehmeti was on his way out of the club with Bristol City, who currently sit 17th in the Championship, being the favourites to secure his services.
The deal was eventually confirmed at 4pm today [January 31].
The best player I have seen in a Wycombe shirt. An unreal talent and Bristol City will be heading up the Championship table. Good luck @AnisMehmeti 🇦🇱 https://t.co/blkIBQMunr

Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: "It’s a bittersweet day for us, losing an influential player from the team, and a fantastic young lad from our club, but it’s also a moment of real pride for everyone involved in Anis’s development at Wycombe Wanderers."
