Morecambe boss Derek Adams believes Wycombe Wanderers have got a ‘good squad’ as he takes his side to Adams Park this weekend.
The 47-year-old returns to Buckinghamshire for the first time in nearly four years with his team currently bottom of the League One table, with two wins from their 15 matches so far this season.
They have also won just three of their 10 games away at Wanderers since their first trip in 2007, but those victories have been in three of their last five visits to the Hillbottom Road stadium.

Speaking about Gareth Ainsworth, a manager who Adams has had history with, he told the club’s media: “I think Gareth thinks his side should finish from 10th upwards.
“I think I read correctly what he had said.
“He has a team that has come down from the Championship, they’ve done well over the years, they’ve got decent players, a good squad and it’ll be another tough game for us.”
When asked if Wanderers should be ‘doing better’ following their play-off push last season, the Scotsman said: “It’s a tough league.
“I think if Gareth is saying that they want to finish 10th upwards then they’ll be happy with that.
That's the weekend!

“I think they are a team that'll probably go up from League One to the Championship, back down to League One.
“That’s the current makeup of the club at this moment in time.”
Adams is in his second spell with the club as manager, and has so far won six of his 33 games in charge since returning to the role in February this year.
