Goals from Brandon Hanlan and Ali Al-Hamadi gave Wycombe Wanderers a 2-0 win over a Bournemouth XI.
Taking place at the same time when a squad of trialists represented the Chairboys against Aylesbury United in a 1-1 draw, the victory over the Cherries was only the club’s second win this summer in pre-season.
The first strike from Hanlan came after some brilliant play from Connor Parsons and Jack Young in the opening stages of the game, before Al-Hamadi converted a penalty following a handball.
