PLANS to convert a Wycombe office building to a residential property with a dozen new flats have been submitted to the council.
Dormont Properties Ltd, of London, has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for 24-28 Abbey Place, Easton Street, High Wycombe.
The prior notification application details the ‘conversion of the existing three-storey office building, to three one-bed, and nine two-bed flats’ – 12 in total.

There will be four car parking spaces and 19 cycle spaces.
“On the basis of the site location and low car parking provision approved for neighbouring sites, the proposed four on-site car parking spaces are acceptable,” a transport assessment reads.

Access to the site – from Abbey Place – will remain unchanged.
Nearby sites include the station multi-storey car park, the BT Telephone Exchange, and Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery.
