Two men have been charged with alleged drug crimes in Aylesbury.
On Wednesday, June 16, a 49-year-old and a 39-year-old, who are both from the town, were arrested just after 7pm, after the pair were stopped on the Risborough Road in Stoke Mandeville.
The duo were detained for a search, with officers discovering a ‘substantial quantity of Class A drugs’.
Following the finding, both men have been charged with the following crimes:
• Possession with the intent to supply Class A - Crack Cocaine.

The driver of the vehicle has also been charged with:
• Use a motor vehicle without insurance.
• Drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license.

Both men have been remanded into Police custody and will appear in court today [Thursday, June 17].
In a Facebook post, TVP Aylesbury Vale said: “We continue our relentless pursuit to make Aylesbury Vale hostile for those who sell drugs on our streets and exploit the most vulnerable in our community.”
The arrests were made as part of the Aylesbury Stronghold, which is an operation to tackle serious crime within the town.
