Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust has achieved White Ribbon accreditation.
The trust said that the accreditation, announced on National White Ribbon Day, recognises its commitment to preventing harassment, abuse, and violence against women and girls.
This is part of the trust's programme to improve the sexual safety of its workforce.
Neil Macdonald, chief executive of the trust, said: "I am delighted to announce that this has resulted in us gaining our White Ribbon Accreditation."
The trust will implement a multi-year plan to transform its culture, systems, and the community it operates in.
This will include creating a sexual safety and domestic abuse policy for employees, appointing ambassadors within the trust to promote positive attitudes and behaviour, and raising awareness in partnership with Thames Valley Police and Bucks Fire and Rescue Service.
Anthea Sully, chief executive of White Ribbon UK, said: "White Ribbon Accredited Organisations can make a real difference towards ending violence against women by promoting a culture of respect and equality among their staff and wider communities.
"We are delighted to welcome Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust as one of our White Ribbon Accredited Organisations."
The trust also supports the 'It Does Matter' campaign, which aims to educate and empower victims to report non-contact sexual offences.
This campaign is run with Lisa Squire, who lost her daughter Libby in 2019 to a sexual predator with a history of non-contact sexual offences.
