THE POLICE stopped a driver after his frozen windscreen caught their attention in Buckinghamshire.
The recent Arctic weather across the county has seen drivers waking up to frost covered cars in the mornings.
Thames Valley Police spotted a driver on London Road in High Wycombe with a frozen windscreen on January 21.
The male driver of a silver vehicle was pulled over before he was fined on the spot.
The police said on a social media post: “The “professional” driver of the car said he could see perfectly through the little space he cleared and attempted to delay us taking a photograph of the view from inside.”
