The spacious five-bedroom home in Jordans, sold by estate agents Savills, was put on the market recently for £1.75 million.
Located in the calm village near Beaconsfield, the nearly price of this spacious home is far from the most expensive property in Jordans, where luxury mansion regularly reach more than £4 million asking prices.
On average, detached properties in Jordans sold for £1.95 last year, property website Rightmove said.
