A teenager caught driving carelessly in Amersham has been banned from the road for six months.
Gene Tipping, 19, of Rickmansworth Road, Amersham, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, driving without a valid licence and driving without due care and attention.
The charges were all in connection with an incident on July 23 last year.
Tipping was caught driving carelessly in a Ford in Hervines Road, Amersham.
Police subsequently learned that he was not authorised to drive the vehicle.
At High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on February 15, Tipping was banned from driving for six months.
Nine penalty points were also added to his licence, and he was fined £120.
In addition to this, the teen must pay £110 in court costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
