THE secrets of chocolate making are revealed by a Bucks chocolatier in her new book.
Anne Scott, the Managing Director of Auberge du Chocolat in Gerrards Cross has launched a new book, ‘Auberge du Chocolat – The Secrets of Fine Chocolate Making.’
Recipes in the book include the adventurous Rosemary and Thyme and Taste of the Mediterranean, to the luxurious Espresso Truffle and Lavender Cups.
The book also includes dairy free recipes, the history of chocolate and practical advice like how to make a piping bag from baking parchment.
Launch events are planned at bookstores in Chesham, Gerrards Cross, Berkhamsted and Amersham.
Mrs Scott said: “My ethos at Auberge has always been to make fine chocolates and to share my enthusiasm for chocolate with as many people as possible.
"I enjoy running chocolate courses, workshops and parties in the local area but I wanted to reach out to more people to get them passionate about chocolate.”
The book is available nationally.
