A car has been completely destroyed in a fire in Chesham.
At around 11.55am on Tuesday, July 23, the emergency services were called following reports that a vehicle was a blaze along Willian Moulder Court in the town.
One crew from Amersham attended the scene were they noticed that the car was ‘well alight on arrival’.
The firefighters used two set of breathing apparatus, one hose reel and small tools as they tackled the issue.
There have been no reported injuries following the fire, but Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue have confirmed that ‘the vehicle was 100 percent destroyed’.
It is not known what/who caused the incident, but it has been left with Thames Valley Police who are currently investigating.
This comes one week after we reported on two separate fires in Chesham which took place in the space of 24 hours.
The first, on July 15, occurred on Severalls Avenue, with the second happening on Belmont Road.
