A man has been banned from the road for almost two years after being caught drink-driving.
Gavin Hale, 61, of St Nicholas Close, Amersham, pleaded guilty to the offence at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on April 15.
He was stopped while driving a Mini in Amersham on March 9 and tested by police.
They found 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of Hale's breath - above the drink-driving limit.
As a result, magistrates banned Hale from driving for 18 months, to be reduced by 18 weeks upon completion of a course.
He was also fined £192, and must pay £85 in court costs and a £77 victim surcharge.
