The fate of a giant cash and carry in High Wycombe will be decided by councillors tomorrow, with plans recommended for approval by planning officers.
Wycombe District Council’s planning committee will meet to discuss Costco’s plans to build a warehouse store at the site of the former park-and-ride in Cressex.
Plans have been in the pipeline since 2015 after the wholesale giant bought the land from the council, subject to planning permission.
If proposals are given the green light around 250 jobs will be created and a car park with 586 spaces will be built to facilitate the warehouse.
