Fundraisers who took part in High Wycombe’s Race for Life this summer have been urged to return their sponsorship money as the deadline fast approaches.
In June The Rye turned into a sea of pink when more than 1,250 took part in the 5K race to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
And now the charity is calling on everyone who took part to make their Race for Life count by returning their sponsorship money as soon as possible.
Last year, Race for Life in Wycombe raised £74,414 for Cancer Research UK and this year the charity hopes the 1288 who have entered will collectively hit a fundraising target of £75,000.
