A Bourne End business escaped "devastating" damage after a fire started in the light fitting this afternoon.
Crews rushed to the scene at Wessex House on Marlow Road at around 1:53pm after the fire had spread to the roof void of the two storey building.
Three crews from Beaconsfield, High Wycombe and Maidenhead attended the scene.
Firefighters used one hose reel, two sets of breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera and a ladder to put the fire out.
The station commander took to Twitter to praise the the company's staff for their well organised evacuation.
