Firefighters tackled a car blaze on the M40 northbound this morning.
Crews from Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross attended the scene, between junction 3 for Loudwater and junction 4, Handy Cross.
Firefighters raced to the scene at 9.46am after 22 calls were made to 999.
They used one hose reel and two sets of breathing apparatus to get the fire under control.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
One lane was closed for a short time, but traffic has since cleared according to BBC Travel News.
