Penn Street travellers 'will be gone tomorrow', police say
TRAVELLERS who moved onto a village green earlier this week will be gone by tomorrow morning, police have said.
A group of travellers set up camp on the common in Penn Street after arriving on Monday evening.
Officers from Thames Valley Police have said today that police powers of eviction have been used and the common should be clear again by 10am tomorrow morning.
They added extra police patrols will be carried out around the village.
