A new coach station which will run National Express UK services to London Victoria, Birmingham, Heathrow Airport and Glasgow will open on Monday.
The first coach will arrive at the new High Wycombe Coachway on Monday morning, with many residents expected to use the new transport hub.
Wycombe District Council built a Coachway as part of the £150 million Handy Cross Hub development.
Eleven new services are expected to run from Wycombe from Monday and are in addition to eight existing daily services which depart from the High Wycombe bus station at the Eden Shopping Centre.
WDC cabinet member for economic development and regeneration, Cllr Roger Wilson, said: “We are delighted that National Express services will stop at the new High Wycombe Coachway – part of the council’s fantastic Handy Cross Hub project.
“Not only does it make it easier for our residents to travel to airports and enjoy days out in major cities, it will also mean people from all over the country will be coming the other way to visit our wonderful district.”
The Coachway includes a heated waiting area, real-time passenger information screens, with a coffee shop to follow later in 2016.
The Park and Ride service will transfer to the site from Cressex in February – with route details expected to be announced soon.
As part of the move, National Express will continue to lay on services to Oxford, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Luton Airport and Stansted Airport.
There will be further travel options from other connecting stations.
Residents will be able to travel directly to London Victoria Coach Station five times a day, while there will be two coaches to Stratford Upon Avon.
There will also be a long-haul service to Aberdeen via Dundee, Glasgow, Hamilton, Carlisle and Leamington Spa.
